Why Do Discovery?
Planning is critical to any project's success. Making sure everyone has the same vision and understanding of what to expect with final results is also very important. Imagine Jane shopping for clothing on a $500 budget. She fills her cart with $1,000 worth. She tries them on, sees what fits/looks best, compares. In the end, she narrows it down to $500 worth of clothes. There was that one extra sweater she wanted so badly, she splurged an extra $50 for it.
Now, another gal, Jennifer, goes into the store, fills the cart with $500 worth and buys them without trying them on.
