An Information Architect would take all of a website project's requirements then engineer a complete blueprint for a website and the information that drives it. An IT Project Coordinator would be responsible for developing bids and sending them out, then obtaining and managing third parties and/or contractors who do the actual work on the website. Even a half hour of project planning and management by such professionals would save you untold hours of research and uncertainty so you can devote more time to your other needs.
