One of the first things we're usually asked is how much our consulting services cost. In an industry where there's no official baseline or standard, it's extremely difficult to put a competitive price on what we do. We have relatively low rates compared to most because we focus only on areas that help clients save time and money on tasks they would otherwise be required to do themselves, like effectively brainstorming, planning, developing, setting up and training staff on how to use an online customer relationship and support system.
